Brand Evaluation in Preparation for Success in the U.S. Market

Complimentary with FBAA membership

 

Confidential Questionnaire - the designer will be required to complete and submit an in-depth questionnaire about their brand for the consultant to evaluate their current stage and goals. This information is necessary to understand where the brand is presently positioned.

 

One-Hour Virtual Consulting Session - Upon review of the questionnaire and requested materials the brand provides to the consultant, a one-hour “recorded consultation” via the internet with a US based fashion business consultant will be scheduled. The consultant will review the business concept and product with the brand owner in preparation for doing business in the U.S. market and will recommend key points for adjustments, as well as the process and procedures necessary to make the recommended adjustments.  A link of the recorded conference will be provided so the brand owner will have a record of the consultant’s comments and recommendations for later review.

 

Package 2

Deep Brand Evaluation in Preparation for the U.S. Market

Four Week Program

 

Package 2 will take approximately four weeks to complete, however the progress and completion time depends on the size of the brand, availability and delivery of details and response time from the brand owner to the consultant.  

 

The evaluation of your product offerings along with best practices for working in the U.S. market will include a market/competitive analysis of your brand positioning, pricing and margins, current branding and marketing, materials and website review, your current business operations and much more!

 

Package 3

Monthly Brand Consulting

Minimum Two-Month Commitment

 

In addition to Packages 1 and 2, the work continues here in Package 3. The brand will work privately with a U.S. fashion business consultant in executing a U.S. expansion plan including three 1-hour private consulting sessions per month via the internet and ongoing support via email as necessary.

 

The goal of Package 3 is to continue implementing the recommendations from Package 2 and to develop a successful business model through the Bamboo Rose virtual showroom platform. A minimum two-month commitment is required to correct current issues and show a success rate.
